At Hemofarm, we take a comprehensive approach to compensation packages. Based on STADA's global strategy for people, we apply global principles and processes, adapting them to local needs:
Salary equality
At Hemofarm, we believe that people are the foundation for ensuring diversity and equal opportunities at all levels of the organization. Performance-based salary
We ensure a global annual compensation review process that considers the salary of every employee, taking into account performance and salary equality standards.

Our variable salary is based on sustainable value creation at Hemofarm and our values (link to mission vision values tab). This includes company performance as well as individual performance.
Salary comparison
We maintain competitive salaries by comparing them with relevant internal and external markets – we strive to reward similarly for similar jobs. We use global frameworks and proven practices (WTW, Mercer, Hay) to ensure overall comparability of our pay practices.
