Compliance – observance of regulations and fair business practices
We are actively committed to compliance with all applicable regulations and in-house documents, as well as fair business practices, and expect our business partners and associates to act accordingly. Integrity is one of our core values. Besides exercising personal responsibility, we abide by all rules and standards of fair business operation, thus showing appreciation for our colleagues, business partners, and consumers. With that in mind, the compliance with regulatory requirements is of a particular importance to us, enabling preventive action on our part in order to preclude any illicit activity. Apart from the preventive system, we also have a developed and efficient system of detection and reaction in place, which is focused on minimizing the effects of unlawful conduct, while simultaneously safeguarding our reputation and market position.

External Certification of Compliance Management System
In order to further demonstrate, how deeply our value “integrity” is anchored within STADA Group, STADA recently underwent a comprehensive independent external audit/ certification of its Compliance Management System (CMS) in the areas of anti-bribery/ anti-corruption, anti-trust, export control and data protection.
This audit was completed by the audit firm EY in accordance with the German Assurance Standard 980 taking into account the ISO standards 19600 and 37301.
The audit took place with a broad geographical scope – covering 10 key STADA markets such as Germany, Russia, Serbia and others with the result of an “unqualified audit opinion” – which is the best result possible.
