Coaching & Mentoring
At Hemofarm, we believe in power of coaching and mentoring as powerful tools for development of our employees.

With more than 30 certified internal coaches from different parts of the organisation, our coaching culture is exceptionally developed. Coaches are here to support, empower, and help employees to unlock their development potential.

Mentoring plays an important role in our development approach, where the mentor and the mentee work together on discovering and developing of mentees’ capabilities and talents, building a partnership relation based on respect and trust.
Development Programmes
Hemofarm continuously supports the development of leaders through various programs tailored to all levels of experience. This includes the First Time Leader Programme for colleagues with less than a year of leadership experience, the Experienced Leadership Programme for experienced leaders, and the Senior Leadership Programme for senior leaders with more than eight years of experience. All these programs are designed to support the development of leadership skills of our employees.

In addition to the local, there are also global development programmes, which provide their participants opportunities to connect with their colleagues for all STADA affiliations.
GoFluent- Language Learning Platform
GoFluent is a global platform which provides employees the opportunity to improve their language skills, whether they wish to improve the language skills in a language they are already familiar with, or start learning a completely new language. The platform offers different options and courses in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, or other languages.
Training
Our commitment to development is reflected through numerous internal and external educational opportunities. By organizing expert and soft skills training, we strive to support the professional growth and development of our employees. In addition, employees have access to a learning platform on our internal portal with a wealth of training and materials that they can access anytime.
Sales Academy
All the newly-employed in the marketing and sales division attend our Sales Academy, which enables them to become familiar with basic sales concepts, our portfolio, and develop the necessary confidence for independent fieldwork. A well-structured programme and the dedication of our internal trainers help us quickly integrate the newly-employed into the company and maintain the leading market position.
