1. Who can apply to Your Way Internship Programme?

If you're a final-year student, recent graduate, or pursuing a master's degree, PRAKSEN could be the right next step for you.
You'll need to feel comfortable communicating in English and using Microsoft Office tools. Depending on the role you're interested in, certain academic backgrounds may be preferred, as outlined in each job ad.

Many opportunities are open to students from Pharmacy, Technology, Biology, Chemistry, and similar fields, but that's not where the list ends. With positions across different teams and functions, there's a good chance you'll find a role that matches your interests and career goals.

Whether you're interested in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Development, Sales, HR, Corporate Affairs, or another area of the business, there's a place to start your journey.

2. How is the internship programme organised?

The internship lasts six months and requires engagement of 20 hours per week.

Your schedule will be arranged with your mentor and team, depending on the specific requirements of the department, the projects you are working on, and your academic commitments.

3. Is the internship paid?

Yes. PRAKSEN is a paid internship programme.

Participants receive monthly financial compensation throughout the internship, as well as meal and transportation allowances.

4. Where can I complete the internship?

Internship opportunities in Serbia are available in Vršac, Šabac, and Belgrade.

In addition, as in previous years, opportunities are also available at our manufacturing site in Banja Luka.

Because many production-related teams are located in Šabac and Vršac, students often wonder how participation is organised. If you are interested in learning more about pharmaceutical manufacturing processes at these locations, there is no need for concern. Transportation costs from Belgrade and Novi Sad to Šabac or Vršac are covered.

All logistical details are discussed during the final stages of the selection process, so we encourage you not to let location discourage you from applying.
