Ronald Seeliger

Dr. Ronald Seeliger became the CEO of Hemofarm Group in 2012 and he has been a member of the STADA Group management since 2011.

International experience in numerous companies world-wide and in management positions where he achieved significant results qualified him for the leading position in the Hemofarm Group overseeing 3000 people. A special management challenge lies in the fact that the company manufactures and operates in factories, business centres, even in a laboratory, all located in several states of the Balkan region. Ronald’s key business task, as the head of Hemofarm Group, is to improve not only the company’s performance and portfolio, but also the position of the Serbian subsidiary of the STADA Group in the Serbian, regional and global pharmaceutical market.

Ronald graduated from the Technical University in Berlin where he also worked as an assistant professor at the beginning of his career. He attended courses at the London School of Economics and IMD business school in Lausanne and he earned his PhD degree for the thesis ‘Process-Oriented Controlling for Media Companies’. He continued his career in business as a part of the management of large industrial systems in Europe, Australia and Asia. He was also the Director of Controlling in Formula 1. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
