Two Awards for Hemofarm and Hemofarm Foundation

„The Most Important Call in Life“ campaign, which has been implemented by the companies Hemofarm and Hemofarm Foundation since 2016, is the winner of the ‘Grand Prix 2025’ award at the fifth, jubilee ‘Campaigns with Purpose’ festival of socially responsible communication.

The Grand Prix was presented in the Yellow/Social category for the installation of 2,000 hourglasses at the Republic Square (Trg republike) in 2024, which symbolically represented 2,000 patients who were on the transplant list in Serbia. With this activation, ‘The Most Important Call in Life’ campaign continued, while the slogan Let's Be Better People. Become a Donor. alerted the public with the aim of creating a society of responsible and compassionate individuals who embrace donation as the most humane act.

The event at the Republic Square has been recently declared the 'Best Event of the Year' at the 11th Regional Festival of Integrated Communications KAKTUS 2025, raising the number of awards for 'The Most Important Call in Life' campaign to 36.

These recognitions come at a time when about 1,700 people are still on waiting lists for transplants, including children. Although the number of donors and transplants in Serbia has been on the rise in 2025, we remind of the importance of adopting the amendments and addenda to the Law on Human Organ Transplantation, which means life for people who have been waiting for a donor and organ transplant for many years.

At the ’Campaigns with Purpose’ festival, Hemofarm also won a statuette in the Yellow/Social category for organizing the first ESG festival in Serbia, which gathered more than 65 experts from 50 companies, institutions and organizations dealing with sustainable development. On this occasion, the first multimedia interactive exhibition dedicated to sustainable development ’STADA Expo’ was presented.
