Hemofarm Announces Second ESG Festival in October

Hemofarm, a company within the STADA Group, is once again confirming its commitment to sustainable development and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles by organizing the second ESG festival, which will be held in October. After the exceptional success of last year's inaugural festival, this year Hemofarm was awarded the prestigious ESG Leader award for its innovative contribution to raising awareness of the importance of sustainability in the wider community.

Sanda Savić, Senior Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Hemofarm, pointed out that "last year's ESG festival became a real turning point, not only for Hemofarm, but also beyond".

"We have shown that it is possible to make a concrete step towards a more sustainable business and encourage others to follow our example. The ESG Leader Award is not only a recognition of what we have achieved, but also a commitment to continue to be a catalyst for positive change. This year, through our second festival, we want to show new ideas, but also concrete solutions that create visible results - both for our planet and for society," said Savić.

Last year's festival brought together experts from more than 65 companies, civil society organizations and institutions, offering a series of lectures, workshops and practical advice for the implementation of ESG principles – from reducing the environmental footprint to improving social contribution. In addition, a start-up fair was organized during the festival, where participants could get acquainted with the ideas that young entrepreneurs in Serbia are developing.

This year's event promises even richer content and even stronger support for collaboration, education and inspiration for a sustainable future.

Dušan Stojaković, Senior Manager for ESG at Hemofarm, emphasizes the importance of the continuity of these initiatives:
