Hemofarm is awarded as Top Employer 2025 in Serbia

For the fourth time in a row, Hemofarm has been named a Top Employer in Serbia by the Top Employers Institute, an independent organization that evaluates companies worldwide for their commitment in the area of human resources.

In addition to Serbia, STADA Group has also been recognized for its unique corporate culture and outstanding commitment to its employees in several other countries, thus being recognized as a Top Employer Europe 2025.

Ronald Seeliger, CEO Hemofarm Group, expressed his satisfaction with receiving the Top Employer recognition for the fourth time in a row.

‘This recognition is a great testament to our joint efforts and commitment. I am happy that we have managed to maintain high standards and that we continue to be a work environment that supports its people. I believe that we will continue to work together to improve our company and grow as a team,’ said Seeliger.



The Top Employers Institute has specially commended Hemofarm in the areas of Purpose and Values, Sustainability, Strategy, Leadership, Recruitment and Employer Branding.

Furthermore, 60% of management positions on lower, middle and upper management levels in 2024 were held by women.
