Hemofarm awarded as Top Employer in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina for the third time in a row

For the third time in a row, Hemofarm has been named a Top Employer in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina by the „Top Employers Institute“, an independent organization that evaluates companies worldwide for their commitment in the area of human resources. At the same time, the status of STADA Group as an appealing place to work has been confirmed in being named a Top Employer Europe 2024.

An assessment by independent experts that benchmarked Hemofarm against industry best practices across 20 topics has established that Hemofarm scored the best result in the systematic approach to business strategy, people & their development strategy, purpose & values, fostering diversity and equality, as well as sustainable development. Digital HR has also contributed to the excellent result.

STADA successfully launched GoFluent, an online language learning platform available to all employees, at all its sites in Europe during 2023, with a goal of encouraging even closer collaboration throughout the organization. In addition, STADA supported colleagues in the work environment by rolling out a mental health wellbeing platform, providing 24/7 support to not only employees, but also their families.
