Hemofarm recognised as a Top Employer in 2023 in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro

For the second consecutive year Hemofarm has received a recognition as a Top Employer, which is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, for the conditions provided to the employees in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. At the same time, STADA Group has been recognised as the Top Employer in Europe.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases Hemofarm’s dedication to a better world of work, exhibiting this through implementation of excellent HR policies and practices, as well as numerous benefits for development of its employees. By confirming this certificate, Hemofarm has proven to be a part of the business community, which has been recognised as a leader in creating good conditions for its employees.
