BRANISLAV POPOVIĆ
Executive Vice President of Hemofarm, Chairman of the Executive Board
He was born in 1950 and has been with Hemofarm A.D. since 2002 as a Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Since 2006 he has also performed the function of the President of Hemofarm’s Executive Board. Before joining Hemofarm he was a Vice President of Delta Holding, and before that he had been the Managing Director of Elektrovojvodina. He has also served as a minister in the government of the autonomous province Vojvodina and a Vice President in the Government of Serbia. For a certain period of time he was a member of the managing and supervision bodies in Vojvođanska banka and Banatska banka in Zrenjanin, as well as a manager in the companies Begej, Otpad and Metind in Zrenjanin. |

MARJAN DOVČ
Senior Executive Vice President
Mr. Dovč has been the Senior Executive Vice President in Hemofarm since 2010. In the period from 1997 to 2010 he was the Head of Active Governance and Senior Adviser to the President of the Aktiva Group Board of Directors and from 1993 to 1999; he worked as a researcher/assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Ljubljana University. In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Technology of the Ljubljana University, Department of Physics and Mathematics. He earned his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana University while he was awarded a doctor’s degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, also in Ljubljana. Mr. Dovč was born in 1968. Before his engagement with Hemofarm, he was a member of Boards of Directors and participated actively in management of several companies in Slovenia, Serbia and The Netherlands. |

VIDOSAVA ALEKSIĆ
Executive Vice President
She was born in 1954. She has been with Hemofarm since April 1996, at first performing the tasks of the Chief of the Financial Operations, with 17 years of service in the National Bank of Yugoslavia – Branch Office in Stara Pazova. In October 1998, she took over the function of the Head of the Financial Engineering and she has been in the position of the Executive Vice President of Finances since March 2006. |

DRAGAN MIHAJLOVIĆ
Vice President for Business Projects Management
Mr. Mihajlović has been with Hemofarm since 1990. He was formerly Director of the Planning and Economics Division. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for eight years, and Vice President for Business Projects Management since 2008.
Prior to his arrival in Hemofarm, he was director of the commercial company Promet.
Mr. Mihajlović was born in Vlajkovac near Vršac in 1954 and graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica. |

SONJA PEJOVIĆ
Executive Vice President
Miss Pejović graduated from the Faculty of Technology in the University of Belgrade, majoring in chemical engineering. After graduation she joined Hemofarm in January 1999 as a technology engineer in Hemofarm Production and was made Head of the Solid Dosage Form Plant in August 2001. In February 2005 she became a director of Hemofarm Production in charge of all Hemofarm A.D manufacturing plants and sites. Since January 2007 she has been the Executive Vice President for Product Function, which includes the following divisions: Institute, Purchasing, Production, QA, QC, and Contract Manufacturing. |

ALEKSANDAR POPOVIĆ
Executive Vice President
Dr. Aleksandar Popović was born in Belgrade in 1971. He became the Executive Vice President of Marketing in Hemofarm on February 1st, 2009. He was a minister in the Government of the Republic of Serbia for two terms (Minister of Science and Environmental Protection from 2004 to 2007, and Minister of Mining and Energy from 2007 to 2008).
A former athletics national team member, state champion and record holder, after completing his secondary school in Moscow, he continued his education in Belgrade, where he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry. He received his MA in the area of protein chemistry in the United States of America at the University in Florida in 1996. He received his PhD from the faculty of Chemistry, Belgrade University, in 2002, where he currently works as an Assistant Professor. |
