Care for our Employees

Hemofarm Group continuously monitors the requirements of its employees and  responds to them successfully.

A team of experts, qualified for providing psycho-social help, is always available to employees and ready to provide a feedback whether there are problems at the work place, in the family or any personal problems which endanger the optimal functioning of an employee. If medical care or rehabilitation is required, Hemofarm provides support to its employees through the Solidarity Fund. Prevention of professional illness is provided: every year our employees are sent to medical check-ups or for treatment in our famous spas.

Hemofarm provides support to its employees in solving essential residential issues.  For years now the housing problems of our employees have been solved by the construction and expansion of Hemograd – a housing complex built according to the latest European standards. This estate includes all accompanying facilities such as a market place with many shops and a kindergarten and sports-recreational centre is to be built soon. The construction of Hemograd began at the end of 1994 and up to now 170 Hemofarm’s workers with their families founded their homes in the new-built apartments.

Although the estate is still under construction, the residents of Hemograd have been provided the possibility for using a cable television since they moved in. The surrounding area with large greenery is arranged parallelly while recreational fields and playgrounds already exist.
