He was born in 1953 and has been in the pharmaceutical industry since 1976. He worked first as a pharmaceutical consultant and in 1977 he became the Regional Director of pharmaceutical representatives for the company ASTRA GmbH. In the period from 1986 to 1990 he was the Director of Marketing and Distribution in STADA GmbH. He was a Deputy Member, and later a full member of the Executive Board for Marketing and Sales.
Since 1994 he has been the Chairman of the Executive Board of STADA.
He is the Chairman of the STADA Arzneimittel AG Board of Directors. STADA has achieved its greatest growth and annual turnover under his leadership.
Dr. AXEL MUELLER
He was born in 1957. Dr. Mueller studied pharmacy and, from 1980 to 1985, worked as a scientific research assistant for the Chair of Pharmaceutical Technology at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, while completing his doctorate. At STADA, Dr. Mueller initially held various management functions from 1985 to 1993, the last being Head of the Corporate Development area. Since 1993, Dr. Mueller has supported STADA – in addition to his activities as self employed pharmacist, which he will, however, end before taking up his responsibilities as STADA Executive Board member – in an advisory capacity with numerous international Group projects and thereby has also periodically assumed operating management tasks – currently as Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications as well as the German branded products business. As STADA Executive Board member, Dr. Mueller will be responsible for the areas Production, Research and Development, Purchasing and Procurement, Portfolio Management as well as Group Integration.
HELMUT KRAFT
He was born in 1959. He graduated from the law school at the University of Heidelberg in 1987, and after a two-year internship, he worked as Audit and Tax Assistant till 1994. During 1995 and 1996, Mr. Kraft was the Head of Finance and Taxes in Siemens Building Technologies, and in the period from 1996 to 2009, he performed different responsible functions in PHOENIX group as Finance, Taxes and Investments Group Head. Helmut Kraft has been Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG since the beginning of 2010.
Prof. MIODRAG OSTOJIĆ, MD
Professor Ostojić was born in Belgrade in 1946. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Medicine »Baylor« in Houston, Texas. He is the head of the Cardiology Division at the University Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases,Clinical Centre of Serbia and a professor of cardiology at the Medical School of Belgrade University.
He holds the Serbian Patriarch Pavle Diploma for 1998 and 2002. He is also the holder of an award conferred by the Serbian Ministry of Science.
Prof. Dr VESELIN MITROVIĆ
Professor Mitrovic was born in Kragujevac in 1946.
He is the director of the Research Department at the Kerckhoff Clinic in Bad Nauheim. His specialty is cardiology to which he has dedicated the largest part of his professional career. He is the author of over a hundred articles published internationally in German, English and Serbian . He is a professor of medicine in Germany and one of the most respectable Serbs in Germany.
