MIODRAG BABIĆ, B.Sc.Chem.Eng.
CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors
He was born in Lazarevo near Zrenjanin in 1951.
He graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering – Organic Chemistry Department in 1974. He started his business career in Brixol, where he was the Director of the Plastifiers Plant under construction and during its first years of operation. In 1982 he was elected as the Managing Director of Hemofarm while he has been the President of Hemofarm Group since 1996.
He exercised the following functions in the professional organizations: President of the Basketball Federation of Yugoslavia, President of Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro, he was a member of the Yugoslav Olympic Committee Presidency all the time, President of the Yugoslav Association of Pharmaceutical Producers and the founder and first President of the Serbian Business Club Privrednik.

DRAGOMIR ĆURČIĆ, B.A.Econ.
He was born in 1948.
Before joining Hemofarm in 1996 at the post of the Vice President for Strategic Finances and Development, he was the Director of Payment Operations Department of Vojvodina and afterwards of Serbia.

NIKOLA STANKOVIĆ, B.A.Econ.
He was born in 1949.
He has been with Hemofarm since the establishment of Hemopharm GmbH in 1991 performing at the same time the function of the Company Director and Vice President in charge of the international affairs.

BRANISLAV POPOVIĆ, B.A.Econ.
He was born in 1950.
He assumed the post of the Vice President for Research and Development of the Group in 2002, previously performing the same function with Delta Holding, and before that he had been the Managing Director of Elektrovojvodina Novi Sad, he worked in the Executive Council of Vojvodina and Executive Council of the Zrenjanin Municipal Assembly, he worked also with the Vojvođanska banka and Banatska banka in Zrenjanin.

Marko Milojević
Master of the European Business Law from the Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands
Marko Milojević, previously the company secretary and longstanding Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources, was born in 1972. Since the beginning of his work with Hemofarm, he has been included in affairs regarding intellectual property, regulatory aspects, financial arrangements, as well as other legal, human resources and international issues significant for the company.
